The Denton Record Chronicle is reporting that after only 1  year, assistant basketball coach Jai Steadman is leaving the program.  Additionally, Curtis Muse will not be sporting a Mean Green jersey this season, as he has been ruled ineligible.  His teamate from Mineral Area Community College, Jonathan Jackson, is still slated to report.  This will obviously be a hit to the program's depth in the paint.

Man, this hurts.  Even though he had pretty weak numbers last season, I still had hopes he would contribute.  Lets hope Wooden turns out to be all he is hyped to be.  Thoughts?

At least there is some other size on the team, but it does hurt depth down low.
