Gradin' on a curve (Women's Sports) 4 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 3
I love watching our women's teams play. I support them. But, I could live to be 1000, and women still won't be able to do the things (in sports) that guys do. That's fine.

But, I hate when the media will ballyhoo a woman's accomplishment, and act as if it's equal to what a male does.

For example....how many times have I seen that somewhere some chick dunked a basketball...only to see the video and think, "That was a dunk?"

Anyway, what brought the caveman out of me today was a point about the accomplishments of women's b-ball p_layer_ Candace Wiggins.
The young lady had two 40 point games in the women's tournament. That is PHENOMENAL.
And yesterday....she had 25 points and 13 rebounds. But this is what got my goat:
The paper actually reported that she finished just 5 assists shy, of the first triple-double in NCAA Tournament history.

5 shy?

Yeah, and I'm just 5 inches shy of having a really big dong.
