Dick Vitale just spent a little while explaining why the Sun Belt needs two bids in the NCAA tournament no matter how the conference tournament turns out. He did this on Mike & Mike which is not only on national radio, but on ESPN 2 as well.

I think if someone beats USA.....we will definitely GET TWO BIDS. Because, USA is so high in the RPI...I think they'd make the NCAA tourney anyway. I'd love to see us get two bids. UNT has, as far I can remember....never been in a league that has gotten two NCAA bids (while we were a member of said league). Go Belt!

I also think USA is getting in regardless. ESPECIALLY if they win again today. In fact there's a chance they might be at 8 seed or better - which means they might be FAVORED in the 1st round.
