I am not asking for names, but has anyone utilized the ignore feature on anyone?<br />Yes.

I&#039;ve also used the ignore feature before on at least 2 posters.&#160; I think they&#039;re currently off of it though.<br /><br />The interlocked NT thing is also VERY old - good call.&#160; But half of that problem is that RV isn&#039;t putting the new SOW on the helmets - which much like the Flying Worm would be pretty recognizable after a few years of use.<br /><br />Many schools do have Eagle mascots, but I can&#039;t remember one that actually has a logo on a D1 helmet.&#160; Southern Miss doesn&#039;t.&#160; Nor does Boston College.<br /><br />We were sure pimping the new Eagle logo during the basketball run last year.&#160; Despite my initial Day 1 reaction, I do think it is very sharp.&#160; I just don&#039;t know why Rick or whoever is so against it on the helmet.&#160; I mean they have it plastered on all sorts of clothing/memorobilia items that they&#039;re selling on that Meangreengear site.

I may be wrong on this, but I think that just like Todd Dodge has put his imprint on our look.....with unis that are very similar to SLC&#039;s.....I also think that &quot;North Texas&quot; being on the helmets is RV&#039;s imprint on our look. After all, he came from Southern Miss, which has &quot;Southern Miss&quot; on their helmets....not an eagle, not USM. <br />So, I wonder if RV is the one who likes having &quot;North Texas&quot; on the helmets. (Which, btw....I have no problem with. But, the interlocked &quot;NT&quot; group seems to think that their own personal anti-Christ, Lee Jackson, is the one who keeps that interlocked &quot;NT&quot; off of everything. From what I&#039;ve been told, Jackson wanted &quot;UNT&quot; on the helmets....so seems to me that he&#039;s not getting his way, either). <br /><br />And, I do like &quot;son of worm&quot;, as well, Courtland. If they put that on a helmet, that&#039;d be fine with me.

Well allegedly RV wants to take us as far away from Eagles as possible, which is why I originally heard the &quot;Son of Worm&quot; wasn&#039;t going to be on the helmet.&#160; But as I said...meangreengear has NUMEROUS clothing items with it(not to mention that was the logo we got CBS to use for us in the tourney), so that just strikes me as false.<br /><br />Maybe you&#039;re right.&#160; NORTH TEXAS on the helmet could very well be a RV thing.

I really don&#039;t think it would look good on a helmet IMO.<br /><br />You are right though, it was around a lot during the bball run.&nbsp; I still want a pair of those shorts.&nbsp;
