I am still having issues seeing the profile to the right when reading a post. I can only see the first couple of letters of the username and about one quarter of the avatar. I have the wide fluid width option selected.

Same here. The only way for me to know who's posted something is to hit reply (even if I'm not replying)...and I read the post backwards from bottom to top.

At the extreme bottom right of a window, directly below the scroll down arrow there should be three slanted lines.

Click on and drag the lines to the right. It worked for me.
