Who do yall think should be the next coach of the Mavs? What other changes do you feel should be made?

I would not mind at all if Josh Howard is traded. I want to keep Dirk and Kidd is here as I don't think anyone would trade for him. I think the window for this team is rapidly shrinking and we might have seen the only Finals trip for the Mavs in a long, long time. I personally wouldn't mind seeing Dantoni coach the Mavs for a couple of seasons to get the offense back in order.

Josh Howard used to be my favorite Maverick, but after passing out flyers for his party in the locker room, after a loss, when Avery had said no partying in the playoffs, he needs to be shipped out.

I had not heard about that yet. In that case, then I definitely want him gone. Between that, the total choke job in the playoffs and the pot declaration in the middle of said choke job, he needs to be traded. Unfortunately, he probably hurt his trade value quite a bit by his extremely poor post season performance.
