Hopefully we didn't run off Goodman, and she left on her own (tired of playing or whatever). The reason I say that, as I recall....she was on the Academic Honor Roll when those players were honored at a men's b-ball game earlier this year. As a matter of fact, I think Goodman and Amber Jackson (also jettisoned last season) were the only two Academic Honor Roll members from the women's team.


Please note, I'm not defending Goodman as a great player. She's a role player, at best. But for APR and other reasons....there is no use getting rid of kids who are getting their grades and can contribute some on the court. After all, with 15 scholarships....you can afford to keep those kinds of kids around.

I'm sure there are alot of things about the current roster that leave alot to question - I wouldn't worry too much - SS and staff know what they are working with and what they are trying to accomplish.

I believe summer session should be ramping up in a couple of weeks - can anyone confirm?
