That's Clemson's record, while Stephens has been there.

I'll give her a chance, but you have to ask yourself:

What the F**k was the committee thinking?

I'm 50. I've never in my life, seen a school/pro team hire someone to be their head coach, coming in with a recent record like that.

Oh, I take it back......maybe that team that plays the Globetrotters makes moves like this.

Wasn't Norv Turner's record pretty crappy before the Chargers hired him?

And yes...that is a lousy record, no argument.

Yes, Norv's record was crap. But, it's not analagous. Norv had been an NFL head coach at two other places. He got his first gig as a head coach, _base_d on his success with the Cowboys (winning years).

He wasn't an assistant on a LOSING NFL team, that someone up and hired.

And btw....San Diego got tons of criticism for hiring him. Especially when they started out poorly.

I know they got tons of critcism...that was just something that popped into my head is all.
