Interesting in the Texas Tech preview is the discussion of transfer players.&nbsp; Specifically Juco transfers in this case.&nbsp; It mentions that Tech success dropped off (in the Knight era) once they went to a high school approach for recruiting.&nbsp; The article threw out the number of 90% of recruits they wanted to get from the Juco ranks.<br /><br />This is higher than I would have guessed.&nbsp; Over here where the air doesn&#039;t smell like feces, we seem to be doing something similar.&nbsp; Only it is D1 transfers just as much as Juco transfers.

Still a couple of weeks away for the Belt preview, but The Valley is interesting.&nbsp; I suppose it is interesting because last year they were the blueprint for success for a mid-major conference.&nbsp;
