While I have no reason to believe that Tony will not be successful at Missouri, Mitchell's mom really displayed an affection for UNT tonight. Before their game against South Oak Cliff, Pinkston honored it's seniors. Each walked out to mid-court with parents or siblings. Like Missouri, Pinkston colors are black and gold. When Tony was introduced, Mother Angie walk out wearing a black T-Shirt with a very large "North Texas Basketball" lettering in green. Additionally, very loud green sweat pants. I think Tony foregot to tell her he didn't sign with the Mean Green. Anyway, I think we where very close!

Btw, Mitchell was selected to play in the Michael Jordan classic. (top 24 seniors) comparable to the McDonalds All-American game. There are a plethora of Dallas area kids I'm convinced will be looking to play close to home next year. Many signed with Big 12 schools. If JJ plays his cards right, The 2011-2012 roster could be special (with top D1 transfers)
